The Bike MS Tour boasts one of the most scenic and beautiful routes in the country. The Tour rolls along the pacific south coast from scenic Orange County to beautiful San Diego. Cyclists at all levels of expertise are sure to enjoy this unique weekend of fun, fitness and the personal satisfaction of completing a 30-, 100-, or 150-mile ride to help create a world free of multiple sclerosis.
Cycling Adventures offers a 12 week Training Program to prepare you for this Challenge!! The Training Program includes:
